Our services are defined by your selected subscription plan. These online Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, quoting tools, and lead management software.

2. Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the GroundQuote platform are owned by Kilvington Digital Marketing / GroundQuote. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business operations while your subscription is active.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for all subscriptions and pay-per-lead charges will be automatically billed to your payment method on file via Stripe. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in the suspension of your widget and account access.

5. Limitation of Liability

GroundQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, website, or inability to secure leads.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
